12th March: Virtual Cheese & Wine Evening

Join us for a sublime evening of wine a cheese this March. Bacchus are teaming up with our friends at Sharpham again for this, sure to be, sell-out event. We’ll enjoy some of Sharpham’s award winning wines and cheeses along with a Bacchus cheese-pairing favourite: a Gruner Veltliner!

We’ll be joined by Sharpham winemaker Paddy Gaunt along with Fromager Greg Parsons. This event will be all about the wine and cheese so get ready for some golden nuggets when it comes to pairing food and wine as well as cheese in particular! We” be hearing too from Paddy about the wine making side while Greg will teach us how to make cheese (well he can try can’t he)! Don’t miss out!

Duo: Enjoy two bottles of wine including; Sharpham Dart Valley Reserve and a New Zealand Gruner Veltliner along with two of Sharpham’s prestigious cheeses, accompanied with artisan crackers and chutney.

Trio: As above with the addition of another award winning Sharpham wine and a further paired cheese. If your from a larger household (in size or appetite) then this is the ideal option for you.

Delivery: Free Merseyside delivery is available. Courier deliveries will be sent out on an express service and include a 48 hour cool pack to ensure the freshness of your cheese.
