Join Lee Zeverona from Crosby Cheese & Charcuterie and myself for ‘A Taste of France’ at The Seafood Kitchen, Crosby on Sunday afternoon on the 20th March 2022, between 2.00-4:30pm.

This marks the first collaboration between Lee and myself. We’ll be retuning each month with flavours from around the world.

Lee, founder and owner of Crosby Cheese & Charcuterie, previously had a job in finance but when he wasn’t tinkering with numbers, he usually found himself nibbling cheese! A love affair with cheese and a keen interest to uncover how different varieties were made, soon developed into a serious hobby. Then, in 2021, Lee took the plunge and started trading in cheese from his home in the April. After quickly making a name for himself, Lee opened the Crosby Cheese & Charcuterie store last September!

Johnathan founded Bacchus Wine Tasting back in November 2019-when the world was a relatively normal place. Despite the changes, somethings do remain an ever constant; people’s love and appreciation of wine is certainly one of them! And Johnathan loves nothing more than to share this very passion with… well, anybody who will listen really!
